Parking
The Dewey Gottwald Center is located inside the Science Museum of Virginia at 2301 W Leigh St, Richmond, VA 23220.
Parking is available on-site and on the side streets surrounding the venue.
AV Run-Through
To prepare, speakers are encouraged to attend the optional rehearsal and A/V check at the Dewey Gottwald Center on 11/16. After rehearsal, speakers are invited to join us for a welcome reception. Additional details to come.
Registration
Each speaker receives a complimentary conference pass. Our team will register you and send a confirmation email once the registration is completed so no need to register yourself.
If you have already paid for your registration, please let us know so we can switch the registration over and process a refund for what was paid.
Check-in & Badge pickup
Check-in at the registration desk when you arrive at the Dewey Gottwald Center entrance to pick up your badge. There will be a dedicated registration/badge pick-up station in the lobby. Please leave yourself plenty of time to arrive in advance of your speaking time.
Travel Policy
rvatech/ will reimburse for Economy/Business Class, round trip flight/train for Speaker traveling from a distance
greater than 200 miles OR rvatech/ will reimburse round trip mileage for Speaker driving from a distance greater than 50 miles and less than 200 miles.
rvatech/ will reimburse for single room accommodation, up to $250, for one (1) night.
