Erin is an experienced data scientist specializing in the development of digital assistants (chatbots). She has a PhD in Experimental Psychology obtained from the University of Oxford in 2010. Expertise includes natural language processing, data curation, metrics and monitoring, statistics, qualitative research, experimental design, machine learning, and project management.
