Milgo Yonis is the Chief Product Officer at TMI Consulting Inc., a Richmond based diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting company. She is also the co-founder of Loom Technologies, a diversity tech startup and TMI Portfolio brand. Milgo’s passion for creating inclusive organizations and product experiences spurred the creation of Loom Technologies’ flagship product Loom The Culture Map®. Loom The Culture Map is a DEI assessment and analytics platform designed to support organizational inclusion and DEI accountability. As Chief Product Officer, Milgo has led the design and development of the Loom platform and technology based services at TMI. She has spoken on Inclusive Design and Brand Experiences, as well as DEI Technology in the Workplace. During her tenure, TMI has expanded from a traditional consulting agency to a digitally driven agency.
