Terri Ripley

Terri Ripley has over 30 years of Health IT experience and is passionate about leveraging technology to improve the delivery of health care.
She serves as Chief Information Officer at OrthoVirginia, Virginia’s largest provider of orthopedic medicine and therapy where she provides
strategic and operational direction in the design, development, installation and support of information systems and technology to ensure
OrthoVirginia’s continued growth and success.
Ms. Ripley has previously served on the Board and as Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Health Information Exchange (HIE,
“ConnectVirginia”), Chair of HIMSS Public Policy Committee and currently serves on the CHIME Public Policy Committee

Ellen Wiegand

Ellen Wiegand is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at VCU Health in Richmond, Virginia. VCU Health encompasses three
hospitals in Central Virginia, one college and four health sciences schools, one of only two NCI-designated cancer centers in Virginia, the
region’s only full-service children’s hospital, and more than 800 physicians in 200 specialties. In her role at VCU Health, Ellen is charged
with leveraging technology to preserve and restore the health for all people of Virginia and beyond.
Prior to joining VCU Health in October 2022, Ellen served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Virginia Mason Health System
in Seattle, WA. Ellen has also held technology leadership roles at a leading health information technology company. She holds a master’s
degree in business administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.
