About the Event

Many of us struggle to find the right words when we are faced with potential conflict. We fear we’ll make things worse, so we tend to avoid the conflict altogether. In this workshop, participants will learn the Assertive Message Format — a direct expression of the sender’s needs and thoughts delivered in a way that does not attack the receiver’s dignity.
