Product Manager – Card Engineering Productivity

We are looking for motivated, self-driven individuals with a passion around how we build and deploy software. You will identify opportunities and contribute to the long term strategy to simplify and improve engineering efficiency and risk mitigation for the Card organization. You’ll be working on exciting products to fully leverage our cloud environment and make it easier for engineers to deliver high-quality code. Engineers are your customers, and we are looking for individuals with a passion around technology and learning new things.

In this role, you will:

Drive product vision and strategy for developer productivity offerings and align with stakeholders
Develop product roadmaps that inform what problems need to be solved
Partner closely with our engineering teams on the execution of product strategy and roadmaps
Define how we will measure the success and effectiveness of our products and drive the execution and continuous evaluation of those metrics
Create strong partnerships with our customers (engineering teams) creating continuous feedback loops that allow us to better understand their problems
Ensure we are solving the right problems by sourcing multiple channels and prioritizing effectively to drive maximum impact

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems
MBA or Master’s degree
3+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis to influence technology innovation
3+ years of experience in Agile product management
