A typical day might entail:

  • Project standups and check ins

  • Application development using your core skills

  • Planning and participating in project demos, back log grooming, and more…

Below are a few boxes you should be able to check if you’re interested:

  • 4+ years of experience in Solution, Design and Development of applications using Java and Microservices

  • Demonstrated experience in Java and the Spring framework including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud

  • Experience working with Docker and OpenShift and/or Kubernetes

  • Experience developing integrations with across systems such as web services, REST services, Kafka

  • Experience working with various database platforms and strong SQL development skills

  • Must have a familiarity with multi-system integration, integration patterns, and common issues that can arise when integrating enterprise technologies

  • Experience working in with a distributed agile team

  • Considered a plus if you have experience working with integration platforms such as Apache Camel, Red Hat Fuse, or MuleSoft

  • Ability to present technical ideas and high-level concepts and solutions to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge

  • Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques
