Summary and Responsibilities:

Deliver data governance solutions to our clients via holistic and tailored approaches. Be able to apply governance frameworks and best practices to client problems while also being adept at right sizing for each organization. Work with the Data Services team to support the growth and evolution of data governance solutions in this fast-growing area of our business. You will have the opportunity to put your footprint on the growth of this team and help accelerate delivery to differentiate Impact Makers in the marketplace.



Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:


Improve data management maturity in data quality, metadata, master data and general data governance through evolved organization behaviors, processes, policies, principles, metrics, related tools and data architecture
Understand data governance and its role within larger analytics or data management initiatives within organizations
Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability throughout implementation of a new program or expansion of existing programs
Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise
Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements
Have proven experience in defining a data governance operating model, communicating the model and implementing it at various levels within an organization
Have hands-on experience in implementing data dictionaries, business glossaries, data lineage, data service agreements and data quality metrics through Collibra, Alation, Informatica Metadata Manager (IMM), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or other industry leading software
Help identify new business opportunities pertaining to the use and management of information assets for existing clients and prospective
Love to be immersed in a data-driven environment


Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Experience:


5 years of experience in implementing data management in the consulting industry
Project management experience
Consulting experience
Healthcare and financial industry experience
